User Agreement for Town life world:Avatar Creator

This User Agreement ("Agreement") explains the terms that apply when you access, download, install, or use Town life world:Avatar Creator (the "Game"), provided by TUTLIFEWORLD PTE. LTD. ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Game only if you can legally enter into this Agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of legal majority in your location, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game.

2. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this Agreement and any applicable app store rules.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Game, interfere with its operation, access it through unauthorized methods, reverse engineer or modify it except where permitted by law, use cheats or automation, exploit bugs, upload unlawful or harmful content, harass other users, or use the Game in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Accounts and Security

If the Game offers account, cloud save, or platform login features, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You should notify the relevant platform or contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

5. Virtual Items and In-Game Content

The Game may include virtual items, rewards, decorations, characters, currency, or other digital content. Unless otherwise required by law, virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may adjust, remove, or discontinue virtual items or features when reasonably necessary for operation, balancing, legal compliance, or service changes.

6. Purchases and Payments

If the Game offers paid content, payments are processed by the app store or payment provider you use. Purchases, refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are subject to the rules of that provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Game may include advertising, analytics, app store services, social platform features, or other third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies from the relevant third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its software, artwork, designs, characters, text, music, sounds, logos, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game or any related rights to you.

9. User Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, support messages, room designs, names, comments, or other content through the Game or to us, you are responsible for that content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute such content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and support the Game.

10. Updates and Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any part of it from time to time. Updates may be required for continued use. We are not responsible for issues caused by unsupported versions, device incompatibility, network conditions, or third-party platform changes.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in that policy.

12. Disclaimer

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device or platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Game.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate this Agreement, create risk for other users or the Game, or if we are required to do so by law or platform rules. You may stop using the Game at any time.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after an updated Agreement becomes available means you accept the updated Agreement.
